The rules that ship in the same cardboard as your lock box

Last updated: January 1, 2026. These terms govern your use of focuslockspace.com, purchases of FocusLock Space hardware and accessories, and related services. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

1. Eligibility and account integrity

You represent that you are at least the age of majority where you live and have authority to bind yourself—or the organization you shop for—to these terms. Business buyers warrant that they have power to commit company funds. You agree to provide accurate checkout information; typos in an address that send a crate to the wrong coast are frustrating for everyone, and repeated fraudulent charge attempts may result in cancelled orders and cooperation with payment networks. You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials if we offer accounts in the future; notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use of the site and our people

You may not scrape our catalog for hostile competitor dumps, probe our systems for vulnerabilities without permission, upload malware, impersonate FocusLock Space or another customer, harass staff or couriers, or use our brand in a way that suggests endorsement you do not have. You may not resell products in a manner that violates manufacturer guidelines where we publish them (for example, removing safety inserts or falsifying country-of-origin labels). We may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, or refuse service to anyone who crosses these lines, subject to refund obligations where payment has cleared and no fraud is suspected.

3. Orders, pricing, payments, and refunds

Product listings, photographs, and specifications are aimed at accuracy but may contain occasional errors; we may cancel or adjust an order if we discover a price glitch or stock mismatch before shipment. Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full when you place the order unless we have agreed in writing to net terms for an approved wholesale buyer. Refunds for eligible returns are issued to the original payment method when possible. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may lead to account closure and recovery of fees. If a carrier loses a fully prepaid shipment, we will work with you and the carrier on a replacement or refund according to our then-current policy once investigation completes.

4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted. A lock box is a physical aid for focus; it does not replace medical advice, therapy, or workplace safety rules. To the maximum extent allowed, FocusLock Space and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from these terms or your use of our products—even if we were advised such damages were possible. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid us for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is capped at the minimum legally required.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect new products, shipping partners, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top will change, and for material revisions we may also email account holders or post a notice on the homepage. Continued use of the site or placement of a new order after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with an update, your remedy is to stop using the site; outstanding orders will be fulfilled under the terms in effect when you paid unless law requires otherwise.

6. Safe use of hardware and realistic expectations

FocusLock Space products are consumer or light commercial enclosures with mechanical or electronic locking features as described on each product page. Read enclosed instructions before first use. Do not modify the locking mechanism in ways that could trap someone during an emergency. The products are not certified as fireproof safes, gun safes, or child-proof medical storage unless explicitly labeled as such. We are not responsible for outcomes if you store items other than phones and small personal objects against our guidance, or if you forget your combination and destroy the unit trying to drill it open. Nothing on this site is legal advice about employer policies, school phone bans, or driving laws—apply local rules.

7. Shipping, title, and risk of loss

We ship to the addresses you provide using carriers we select unless a written quote says otherwise. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered or, for freight held at a depot, when you or your agent take possession. Inspect outer cartons on arrival; photograph crushing or punctures before opening if you may need a carrier claim. If an item arrives defective or not as described, contact us within the window stated on our support pages so we can arrange return labels or parts. Delays due to weather, customs for international routes we occasionally enable, or force majeure are outside our control; we will communicate revised timelines when we have them.

8. Returns, exchanges, and restocking

Unused products in original packaging may be returned within the return period posted at checkout or on the product page, minus any restocking fee we disclose before you pay. Custom engraving, clearance “final sale” lots, and hygiene-sealed accessories opened by the buyer may be non-returnable. Refunds process after we receive and inspect the return; exchanges depend on inventory. If you received the wrong SKU, we cover return shipping; if you simply changed your mind, you may pay return postage unless local law says otherwise. Gift recipients should coordinate with the original purchaser when the order was not placed under their email.

9. Intellectual property and content you send us

All trademarks, logos, product photography, copy, and site design belong to FocusLock Space or our licensors. You may not copy them for competing products or misleading resale listings. If you submit reviews, photos, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content for marketing and product improvement worldwide, unless we agree otherwise in writing. You warrant you have rights to anything you upload and that it does not infringe third parties. We may remove content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates another person’s rights.
